Level Up EMEA is expanding its network of experienced, independent Business Consultants to support our growing portfolio of clients, from ambitious startups to scaling enterprises.
Our consultants help bridge the gap between strategy and execution, accelerating growth and improving commercial performance.
We are looking for professionals with proven track records in business development, go-to-market execution, sales strategy, or operational scaling to partner with us on project-based engagements.
What You’ll Do
Work with clients to assess, design, or refine their go-to-market strategy
Support in defining sales models, value propositions, pricing, and segmentation
Analyse business operations, identify gaps, and provide actionable recommendations
Contribute to strategic workshops, training sessions, or board-level presentations
Collaborate with Level Up coaches, trainers, and internal teams when needed
Who We’re Looking For
Proven experience as a business consultant, strategist, or commercial leader
Background in tech, SaaS, or consulting environments
Experience working with startups, scale-ups, or enterprise clients
Ability to work independently while aligning with our methodology and values
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Comfortable managing client relationships and delivering results under pressure
Requirements
Minimum 7–10 years of relevant experience
Based in EMEA or with significant experience in the region
Fluent in English; other languages are a plus
Availability for flexible, project-based collaboration
Legal ability to invoice as a freelancer or consultant
