What We’re Looking For
We are seeking independent, certified coaches who bring real-world experience in sales and leadership within the IT industry. This is a freelance collaboration, not an employed position — ideal for professionals who want to make a tangible impact and work alongside an elite team of former tech executives.

Requirements
• Coaching certification from a recognised body (e.g., ICF, EMCC, Co-Active, etc.)
• Proven experience in sales or sales leadership within IT, SaaS, AdTech, or digital enterprises
• Strong communication, facilitation, and coaching presence
• Able to coach both in 1:1 and group settings
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Entrepreneurial mindset, autonomy, and collaborative spirit
