Founded in 2025, Level Up EMEA supports technology companies with advisory, coaching and hands-on execution across their revenue organisation. Alessio started his career in oil & gas before moving into technology, where he has spent more than 25 years building and leading commercial organisations across EMEA. He has held senior leadership roles in some of the most prominent tech companies, including Criteo, SAP, LinkedIn and Oracle. Most recently, as Managing Director Europe at Criteo, he led a 350+ person organisation with full P&L ownership and revenues above $500M. His style: lead by example, coaching at the core, and a start-up mindset even inside large companies. He holds a Master's in Political Science with highest honours and is certified in multiple sales methodologies. Italian by birth, European by career. Fluent in English, French, Spanish and Italian.
