CONTRACT OF SERVICE
This Contract of Service (“Agreement”) is made between: Level Up Emea FZ-LLC, a company incorporated under the laws of the United Arab Emirates, with Licence Number 52000657, Registration Number 0000004061619, incorporated on 14.01.2025, and having its registered office at:

(hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), and
The individual or entity purchasing the Sales Academy - Advanced Package (hereinafter referred to as the “Client”).
1. OBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
The Company agrees to provide the Client access to its Sales Academy - Advanced Package, an online training program covering the following topics: • Lead Generation and Pipeline Management • Forecasting • Master Planning • Time Management and Productivity • Communication
The Company reserves the right to modify or update the content of these topics at its sole discretion and without prior notice, ensuring the best learning experience for the Client.
After one month of subscription, the Client will receive a Level Up Certification, confirming their completion of the program. The Company will discuss the Client’s readiness with its partners and facilitate connections between the Client and relevant partners to support potential hiring opportunities.
2. DELIVERY OF SERVICE
Upon successful payment of the course fee, the Client will receive a unique access link sent to the email address provided during the purchase process. The Client will have access to the training materials at any time.
3. FEES AND PAYMENT
The total fee for the Sales Academy - Advanced Package is 1,500 EUR. Payment must be completed online through the Company’s website. No refunds will be issued once the Client has received access to the training materials.
4. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
The Client agrees to: • Provide accurate and valid contact information. • Use the provided access link solely for personal or internal business purposes and not share it with third parties. • Abide by the Company’s policies regarding online training, including non-distribution of materials.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All materials provided in the Sales Academy - Advanced Package remain the intellectual property of the Company. The Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for learning purposes only.
6. TERMINATION
The Company reserves the right to terminate access to the training materials if the Client violates any terms of this Agreement, including unauthorized sharing or commercial use of the materials.
7. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
The Client’s personal data will be collected and processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws. The Company will only use the Client’s data to: • Provide access to the Sales Academy - Advanced Package. • Send relevant updates and support information. • Comply with legal obligations.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Company makes no guarantees regarding specific results from the training. The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the training materials.
9. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ras Al Khaimah, UAE.
10. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By purchasing the Sales Academy - Advanced Package, the Client acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

The individual or entity purchasing the Sales Academy - Premium Package (hereinafter referred to as the “Client”).
1. OBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
The Company agrees to provide the Client access to its Sales Academy - Premium Package, an online training program covering the following topics: 1. Lead Generation and Pipeline Management 2. Forecasting 3. Master Planning 4. Time Management and Productivity 5. Communication 6. Handling Objections and Conflict Resolution
7. Leadership and People Management 8. Relationship Building and Network Growth 9. Hiring and People Management 10. Strategic Thinking
Each session will last 1 hour, be delivered live via Zoom, and allow for interactive participation. All sessions will be recorded, and the Client will have lifetime access to the recordings through a provided link, along with access to all PowerPoint materials discussed during the sessions.
The Client will receive a Level Up Readiness Sales Certification (Professional) upon completion of the program.
The Client will also be considered a priority candidate for any job openings presented by the Company’s partners.
Additionally, the program includes: • 2 hours of coaching to prepare the Client for job interviews and CV review. • 4 hours of coaching on the job to ensure the Client’s success in their role once hired.
2. DELIVERY OF SERVICE
Upon successful payment of the course fee, the Client will receive a unique access link sent to the email address provided during the purchase process. The Client will have access to the training materials at any time.
3. FEES, PAYMENT, AND REFUND POLICY
The total fee for the Sales Academy - Premium Package is 5,900 EUR. Payment must be completed online through the Company’s website.
The Client has the right to disengage and request a refund. The refund will be calculated as follows: • A 1,000 EUR administrative fee will be deducted. • 590 EUR per completed session will be deducted from the refund. • Example: If the Client disengages after 3 lessons, the refund calculation will be: 5,900 - 1,000 - (590 × 3) = 3,130 EUR refunded.
Refund requests must be communicated via email to info@levelupemea.com. The refund will be processed within 15 days of the request.
4. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
